Beginner Reformer

Beginner-level classes for those who are new to Pilates or seeking to reset their Pilates practice. Elongate, strengthen, and tone your entire body.

Intermediate/Advanced Reformer

These fun and dynamic classes are for experienced Pilates clients who have done reformer work before and are ready to move to the next level.

Mixed Level Reformer

Our mixed level classes are suitable for all levels of Pilates practitioners. Absolute beginners are encouraged to take a beginner class first.

Created with all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery in mind, this class is safe, educational, and specifically designed for moms at any stage of pregnancy and those recovering from delivering a baby.

Pre-Natal & Post Natal Reformer

Slowburn Reformer

Using light springs and slow motions, we work on deep core strengthening and stabilization. We use heavy springs to strengthen glutes and large muscle groups. Very challenging planking, lunging, and balance. Extremely safe, but not suitable for pregnant clients.

Jumpboard Reformer

Low impact jumping to get your heart pumping. You will experience supine jumping, space abs, side jumping, quadruped jumping, arm jumping, and some classic reformer moves. Not suitable for pregnant clients.

Springboard Pilates

Making full use of the springboard apparatus and elements of mat Pilates, this is a mixed level class that emphasizes strength, conditioning, and endurance. Springboard uses arm springs, leg springs and roll back bar. A fun, full body workout.

Mat Pilates

Pilates Mat combines contemporary and classical Pilates moves. These low-impact exercises are designed to improve overall strength, posture and alignment. A variety of props, modifications and progressions make it both challenging and accessible.
