  • Celine Syslo, Owner/Director

    Celine Syslo has been studying and teaching movement for more than 20 years. She studied Pilates under Virginia Nicholas of Moving Breath Pilates in Tempe, Arizona, and became certified by the Ellie Herman Pilates Institute. Her continuing education includes the mentorship of Ellie Herman and ongoing movement study. She holds a BFA in Dance Performance from the University of Arizona. Celine is passionate about educating, empowering, and encouraging people to reach their goals of physical and mental health.

  • Sasha Welsh, Master Trainer

    Sasha is a highly sought-after Pilates professional with more than 15 years of experience working with people facing many kinds of injuries and conditions. She specializes in prenatal/postnatal training and works with athletes and dancers on injury prevention, alignment, and conditioning. Sasha has taught Pilates in several of the best studios in NYC and at DeSales University, The University of the Arts, and Swarthmore College. Sasha is also a dancer and choreographer.

  • Tiffany May, Senior Trainer

    Tiffany May has been involved in Pilates for more than ten years, including seven years of teaching. Tiffany is focused on improving everyday movement and is skilled at helping people learn the value of the Pilates method in their day-to-day lives. Tiffany is an actress who earned her BFA from Tisch School of the Arts and her Pilates certification from the Ellie Herman Pilates Institute.

  • Aimee Plauche, Master Trainer

    Aimee Plauche is a movement teacher and professional choreographer with more than ten years of experience. Aimee is exceptionally skilled at injury rehabilitation. Anatomy and rehabilitation protocols are her focus areas for continuing education, including coursework in Experiential Anatomy, Kinesiology, and Pilates for Neurological Conditions. She earned a BFA in Dance from Florida State University, received Pilates training from Groundfloor Exercise Studio, and Pilates certification from the Ellie Herman Pilates Institute.

  • Sue Moustapha, Senior Trainer

    Sue Moustapha focuses her Pilates teaching on improving her clients’ posture, mobility, and core strength. She specializes in prenatal and postnatal training and is engaged in continuing education studies under movement anatomist Irene Dowd. Sue earned her certification from the Ellie Herman Pilates Institute and earned a Master's in Dance Education.

  • Margaret Jones

    Margaret Jones is a lover of all things movement. She grew up studying and competing in various genres of dance. As a compliment to her professional dance career, Margaret sought out Pilates and personal training. She currently holds a Pilates Mat Certification through LindaFit, Comprehensive Pilates Certification through East River Pilates, NASM Personal Training Certification, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification, and Pronatal Pre/Post Natal Fitness Certification. Margaret has been teaching movement for more than ten years now. She is always eager to learn more and channel her knowledge into digestible concepts for her students to thrive and feel more confident in their daily lives.

    Angela Im discovered her love for Pilates when experiencing its benefits against her chronic health issues experienced as a young adult. Hoping to increase awareness of the practice to others she earned her Pilates certification in mat and equipment at the Kane School and has been teaching clients the importance of daily movement, body awareness and strengthening for over ten years.
